Each year we run leadership fora for partners in senior leadership roles, so they can continue to act as role models for others.
Induction programmes
Our induction programmes include a facilitated discussion on our culture and values.
Partner selection
As part of our partner selection process, we look for candidates who have the qualities to take on the broad responsibilities expected of a partner. A key quality is living the firm’s values.
Leadership training for everyone
We make sure we have the right training in place to help everyone in the firm develop their leadership skills, at every stage of their career.
