The CR Committee
Our CR agenda is set and managed by the CR Committee – a sub-committee of the International Board (IB). This committee is made up of IB members and the partners from around the world who are responsible for CR in their region.
The partnership secretary is our global head of CR. She sits on the committee, and is responsible for developing our CR strategy and making sure it’s implemented around the firm.
The CR taskforce
In 2005, our Executive Committee (ExCom) created a CR taskforce, chaired by the global head of CR and made up of a mix of partners and directors.
The CR taskforce has two jobs: to review and benchmark our CR policies and practices; and to report to ExCom on the progress we’re making against our targets.
